Zone of the Enders would be a perfect fi ...

Konami should do ZOE3 for the Wii. The controls would be simply flawless. Here's a layout I threw together. I gave it a lot of thought first and it seems to work great...even better than the PS2 controls. What's missing though is a lock-on control. But maybe there's an elegant way around that?EDIT: added shield controlsZone of the Enders would be a perfect fi ...
I'm aware of this series, but never got around to trying it. It looks pretty good.Zone of the Enders would be a perfect fi ...
not sure i like the dodging control but aside from that it seems decent. i think you should assign dashing and charging to the minus button. it would keep your firing finger open you just wouldnt be able to use a sub weapon while dashing
not sure i like the dodging control but aside from that it seems decent.
Well, some wii games have some pretty super sensitive nunchuck waggle...so I know it's possible. What direction you thrust the nunchuck in shouldn't matter, what matters is what direction your moving when you thrust. Think of it like spinning in SMG. Just a quick little snap.
Whoops. Forgot shields.Raise Pointer Off-Screen: Shields.
I've never played these games, but I've got to say your MegaMan avitar makes me as excited as the day I bought that game. Woah.
It's been a long time since I've played the series, so my memory is a little fuzzy about the exact controls. Still, there seems to be some needless redunancy on the button mapping... why not just assign ''Pause'' to +, then ''map'' to -? Or perhaps Keep map where it is, and assign the auto-aim to -?

its like mgs4 kojima made it so guess what.........not happening

And the southpaw issue could easily be solved by providing either multiple control schemes, or custom button mapping.

It's been a long time for me too.I guess left and right on the d-pad could toggle lock-on between multiple enemies. Either way, you're only locking the camera. You still have to point at the screen to aim. Like lock-on in MP3.The big problem with ZOE is when you're free roaming. Even on the PS2 it was impossible to keep the camera under control. It was easily one of ZOE's biggest flaws. I think no matter what platform they do ZOE3 on, they need to find a better solution for that.
Didn't KONAMI stop making the series though?
