According to Kotaku, Nintendo president pulled the plug on Goldeneye coming to XBOX Live Arcade not because of money, but because he didn't want a Nintendo game on a game console by another company. Kotaku claims that ''Sources within Microsoft who were very close to the project have told us the game was canned not because of disagreements between the two parties, but because of Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata, who believes that, as a title which appeared on a Nintendo console, GoldenEye shouldn't be made available on a competitor's system.'' If this is true, it says two things: Iwata is a harsh business man, but also a logical one. You can't help but understand his decision (if true) considering that the game is one of the company's most beloved and well-known, and he probably doesn't want the most recent acknowledgment of the game to come via a competitor.Good!!!!!
