Wifi usb question

Okay, so I recently bought a Nintendo wifi usb connector and hooked it up tomy computer. It used to work fine, but now it almost always says I'm not connected when I try anything that uses the Internet on the Wii.When I go to my computer and click on the wifi connector symbol, it says no users are connected. When I try connect on the Wii: my computer is on, my computer is connected to the Internet, the connector itself is properly plugged in, the software is installed, I've granted permission for the Wii to connect to the Internet via the registration tool, I've made our security program allow access to send out an Internet signal, and my Wii is in range for it to pick up the signal. I can't figure out what the problem is. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Wifi usb question

The sad thing is I was able to connect a couple times today. Enough times to get some more Wii points and download Breath of Fire 2, but when I tried to connect again (this time to get Contra 3) it gives me the ''Unable to Connect'' BS, along with error code #052040 (I think that's the number...)... So Frustrating!!!

Mmm... Have you tried erasing the conection setting on your wii and creating them again? that worked out for me. Oh and the wifi usb is no longer in production i heard a month ago that nintendo discontinued it for no reason so good luck. i recomend ebay or something or just buy a wireless router
IF your Wii is close enought to your modem/router, you could always do a direct connet. Just buy the USB LAN netwrok adapter.
