is it to late to pre-order brawl or should i still pre-order it?too late?

Don't bother. Games don't sell out. As long as you don't shop at Gamestop or EBgames you'll get it day one no problem.
The only time that I pre-order is if there is a cool freebie. :) The best one ever was the Castlevania:Portrait of Ruin swag.Other than that I just pick the games up at the store on the release date. A game as highly anticipated as Brawl will have tons of copies available.
I reserved it just in case. There has been times in my area that games have been sold out. So i do it just in case. Side the fact if I can find someone selling it at mid night than I will just buy it there.
