ATM,SSBM is the best smash game and that's what I play. I love SSB but when it compares to melee, it can't hold a candle to the depth of the best fighting game on any system to date (IMO)

i like the game but after playing melee i have a hard time going back to it
yes it seemed likely it would be released right around brawl. but brawl and melee make it seem unplayable

Metroid and Super Metroid were released shortly before MP3. SMB# was released one week before SMG. IfNintendo follows this pattern you can expect the original Smash Bros right before Brawl.
Yeah, I doubt I would download it because Brawl is coming out soon.
I'm not going to download it. But there's some purists that say that 64 is better than Melee. I'm sure it will come around when Brawl will come.
I'm downloading it cuz theirs nothing worth playing on vc so this gamewill keep me busy until brawl comes out.

Well, Brawl is coming very soon, so why would you want SSB 64? The game feels very old now. But, if you like classics, then you can. We'll see if it comes the last Monday before Brawl.
