Should I buy a Wii???

Hey everyone,I've been holding off buying a Wii because I'm not really sure this console is for me. I already have a PS3 and 360 but miss playing older games like Mario (NES), Goldeneye and other great classics. I'm 35 and just love to play older games, it almost takes me back when I was a kid... Basically I would like to know if the downloadable games are any good? How is the picture quality of the older games on HDTV's?Anyways, any comments would be greatly appreciated!!! :)Thanks all!Should I buy a Wii???

I checked the VC and I must say there are some awesome games like SM64 but no Goldeneye. You can also download internet browser for 500 points. I hav a HDTV and it has awesome graphics, but I'm not sure about the VC games.
With the recent events, you won't see Goldeneye on VC or on XBLA. As for me, there's around 20 Wii games that I want other the virtual console games. The VC is not the main feature of the console. It's a bonus.
i just got one and i love it. Wii sports is fun, and even more fun with other people. I also have Galexy, and it is amazing.And icant wait to get the old mario games. So basically yes get a wii.
only get one if you like nintendo consoles. the only games worth getting are nintendo ones. i bought a wii in march 2007 and the only game i've bought for it so far is super mario galaxy. for my tastes 1 game in nearlya year is a pretty disappointing production rate for the so called best console this generation and it's even slow for a nintendo console which are hardly best known for their hectic release schedules. i've enjoyed the virtual console but can't help but think i've wasted my money on a useless fad - which i suppose all games are really....
If you have to ask the answer is a solid no.

Thanks everyone!!! my_name_is_ron, yeah I do like Nintendo games alot but mostly the classics. I mean Mario Galaxy must be a blast but the other original titles or ports are so so imo. I mostly wanted to buy a Wii for the VC...

Get a Wii, if you can find one. I don't know about where you live but where I do, all the wii are still sold out everyone from the Christmas rush. I ended up having to preorder one (at no extra charge, thank god) from The Source. Brawl is coming out so if you're worried there won't be any good games, think again.
