If this is true my love for all things Nintendo just grew exponentially.Nintendo is in a WAR. There is nothing those ''other'' companies want more then Nintendo out of the business and I'm glad that some greenbacks didn't get then to fold.I love that Nintendo has the intestinal fortitude to say ''screw you, we're good but you wont be doing it either''

I saw this on kotaku and its not hard to believe. Nothing against nintendo but if they couldnt have it why want anyone else to have it?

Also I've played conkers bad fur day for the xbox it was the exact same game so he couldnt have been any worse.
the only way I'd want to play is if they updated the graphics and improved the frame rate.
