I'm watching the story on Fox news Chicago, channel 12right now as I'm typing. Why is that important? Because the guy who is sueing them is from the suburbs of Chicago so they are interviewing him.IT'S ON NOW!!!!!!!!!!Nintendo Getting Sued

Is the guy which suposelly ''created'' the idea of the Wii?
wow, the guy isn't going to get anything out of it. Some unknown guy claims he created something, agaisnt a huge ass company, hell I could say I created the Wii, and sue Nintendo. This is the dumbest thing ever. Well if they ever do go to court for this stupid reason, I hope they hold up here where Nintendo is (Washington), so maybe someone in my family will get lucky and get Jury duty :P.
The real question is why now? The Wii has been out for over a year and this guy JUST realizes they coppied him? If you don't know what the Wii is about, you've been living under a rock!

Nintendo usually seems to get out of messes like this. They are true pioneers and I don't feel too threatend by this suit. Nintendo must also have some awesome lawyers to get out of these things.
