NFS: Carbon Question

I Need to buy a new game for my wii. I want Carbon because the way you play it with the wiimote and i like NFS seires but i mainly liked NFS: Underground 2 because u can freeroam and go were ever you want and race whenever you want. but i need to know if you can Freeroam on this one just like on underground 2......P.S. if have NFS: Carbon  ON Wii  Plz Describe everything about it like how good the Custimizing is in it and the freeroam if it has it and some other cool things about it.  NFS: Carbon Question
To awnser your main question yes there is a free roam option.  The story mode if basicaly all about earning rep and terriorty. I think the only new race options are the Drift race's wich is really annoying and can be a little hard also the canyons races which are pretty fun!  One new aspect of editing your car is Autosculpt which can get a little weird.

i nev3r did the autosculpt, it was too much work for me.
i bought the game and i think its a blast
the controls are great once u get used to them
the freeroam option is available, and when u start u can choose between 3 different types of cars like muscle, exotic, etc
and the point of the game is to acquire territory
its not an extremely lengthy game but theres so many customization options that it will keep u busy for a while

i just rented the game and plan on buying it, wat IS the autoscult feature ive seen it but wat do u do and how?

You go into upgrades and some of then you can choose about the size and dapth of them (like sideskirts or a front aerodam)

having a problem getting 2 player controls up, in quick race. any tips - cheers

[/QUOTE]I disagree with that completely, the canyon races aren't very fun but drift races are... SUppose eveyone has the right to an opinion.Anyway, I was in exacctly your position, liked NFS:U2 and wanted Carbon. I don't think carbons quite as good as the customization isn't as good. I liked that you could complete the game with one car in NFS:U2 but you can't do it on Carbon. Your old cars become useless fast. The racing is fun though.
The game controls worse than elephant trying to float over a church in a soap bubble. I was not able to COMPLETE a race let alone win one. Granted I only spent a few hours with it but that was enough to hate the game forever. At least there should have been an option to control with an analogue stick (for the record I do quite decently at NFS titles that used gamecube or ps2 controls so it was just a bad setup on thier part.)Also the graphics are really low textured and poorly aliased. And poor choice of cars (at least initially)Just a bad title all the way around.
