More hope for Wii owners...at least that ...

I really don't care about this old game. I mean the game was good back in the day, but there are much better FPS now so there isn't a point in wanting this game anymore.
It's more like a beginning to see all Rare games on VC. That's what I want to see. A non-exclusivity contract to see all Rare games on VC. Goldeneye was good when it was offline and played on multiplayer with a bunch of friends. Goldeneye on XBLA would kill it.

Goldeneye was a fun game back in the N64 era and it pretty much defined good FPS but playing it today is hard. Perfect Dark on the other hand is still really great :P.
I think it will just end up going on both.
I still have it cartrage do I don't mind.

Like somone on here has already said. It was good back in its day, or rather excellent but now adays there is way better fps!

[/QUOTE] I agree. I think everyone that is begging to get this game haven't played it in a long long time. I played it recently and was surprised how bad it was. Nintendo made the right decision. How many great games has Rare made in the past 6 or so years they've been with Microsoft? I can count them on one hand. All the good programmers and developers from the old Rare are now working for other companies.
The only hope I have is that Rare games come to the VC. I would like to buy some of them, but not Goldeneye. The FPS have improved a lot since then, so I don't think I will enjoy it, having FPS of this gen.

Yeah, as much as I don't wanna admit it, the FPS genre has change a lot sense Goldeneye came out. I must say though.. I had a lot of fun times with friends back in the day when Goldeneye was out. Probably the most fun I ever had with friends versing echother. Fun times :P
