Hey, I played this game for about two hours. I want to scan everything one hundred percecnt, but there's so much to scan. I'm just wondering if I have to scan all the little things that aren't important to the game, like debris on the ground, or is it only certain things? Because I've scanned every single thing I've come across in the past two hours and it just makes the game less fun.So basically, does scanning insignificant objects like debris do anything? Are they recorded in your log book or counted towards anything?Thank you very much in advance.Metroid Prime 3: Corruption: Scanning Qu ...
You don't have to scan everything...Scanning is more to help you in the game. The only thing I scan that has really no bearing on the game is those funky pictures that glow red then turn green after you scan it...Metroid Prime 3: Corruption: Scanning Qu ...
In Corruption you actually don't have to scan anything to get a percentage. Scanning certain things unlocks achievements but not percent. You get percentage by getting all of the items, upgrades and fuel cells. If you go back to the area where you create the bomb on Skytown (the one where it's surrounded by a bunch of short spiderball tracks) you can activate satellites that go to everymap and show you where every item is. It's pretty rad.
i scan creatures but not everything but scaning make the game more si-fi
I agree. I think the ability to scan everything from your visor really puts yyou in Samus' suit and in the sci fi element of the game. That's a lot of information at your disposal if you use it right.
