I called 23 stores, nothing.
I might but a xbox360 instead if I don't find one soon. =/

I don't have a Wii yet too and I don't complain. It's not Nintendo's fault if the demand is higher than the offer. I say don't give up. Do others things. Video games are not supposed to be a lifestyle but only a hobby. It's kind of lame that 3 months after la ...
I hope the craze is over by late March. :?
ya =/
I hope more good games are released too. I'm going to get warroware for my woman and I. I hear the zelda rocks.
That new DDR for the wii sounds fun. Any other games for the wii worth getting yet?
Those are all good. Excite Truck is fun, though I wouldn't pay the 50 dollar price tag for it. I'd wait til it drops to 30 or lower. But those games you said are good, and I own them plus Red Steel. If you want to rent Red Steel, you should. But I wouldn't reccomend dropping 50 bucks on it, even though I love the game.
I think SSX Blur is going to be a lot of fun.
I think it's great that the demand for the Wii is so great. I am sorry to hear that you cannot get you hands on one yet. I would keep trying if i were you, and in the mean time go out and do other stuff. Video games should be for fun, not something you do 24/7.
I somehow managed to get a Wii and even I agree that it is lame they are still so hard to find. Nintendo really needs to ramp up production now. I can't even get a second controller because they only ship with the consoles and people buy them just as quickly.
You couldn't find a 360 untill March last year either. One way or the other this is a great sign for Nintendo. There's over 10 first party games coming out this year.

The place where i found my Wii 3 days after Christmas was FRED MEYER'Sthey also had the VC controller and both of the Wii controllers try them

If each store got twenty Wii's, it isn't like they wouldn't be bought.
I fount mine on eBay, around 300-380 with shipping for most, that is the best bet you have unless you want to stake out a store untill they randomly get two or three in a shipment.
Also... Just because someone is dissapointed in Nintendo not shipping enough for no reason does not mean that person has no life outside of consoles. Wow.

thats an amazing sentence, and I agree with it 100% you're not supposed to play games because you have too, you do it cuz its fun and you want to and you just do it mainly in your free time...
I just made a thread about it. Show up at Target on Sunday. I would assume Best Buy would have them Sunday too, but I'm not sure.
I've been patiently waiting since a week or two after lauch. They really have undershipped Canada from the looks of things, even more so then our southern neighbors. I'm just waiting, probably pick on up in march sometime. Would be nice to get one this month but from the looks of things, it is not going to happen. No reason to be mad at nintendo, they are shipping/selling as much as they have and more then the competition in the same time frame.
why do you think you can't get one......it is a poopular system that is tons of funnothing against 360.....but if you can only get one system, wait for the Wii360 is an amazing system that I am planning on getting later this year...but if you are planning on getting both....get the 360 until the Wii comes out, then you will have the 2 best systems out there!!!
I can't beileve the wii is still selling so well, which is great for the Big N. I got my wii launch day, and waited 18 hours in line.
Just hang on a little longer. You should find one soon
actually it's awesome. it just sucks for you. the wii has strong backing and strong interest. if you really wanted one you should have camped at launch. i hope you find one though, good luck, the interest in the wii doesnt seem to be dying down.
trust me man.....ive made a thread as well but it's probably disappeared into the 29048120948213 pages on the wii fourms .....
DONT GIVE UP MAN.......you just gotta wait it out like the rest of us....or you could get lucky like i did....
but another thing.....it isn't LAME that you cant get one....in other words it's GOOD you cant get one cause that means Nintendo has really hit the jackpot.....and they have hit it good my friend.....this system is everything is was hyped to be and more.....Nintendo really delivered with this one and are finally getting the recognition they deserve........
also i remember seeing a article on Joysitq (you know that site) about how someone that worked for sony said wii wasnt actually with the next generation age of gaming like the ps3 was and it was only an ''Impulse buy''.....well if that's the case it's an impulse buy that KICKING YOUR **** ASS SONY and taking all the money you hoarded with the ps2.....i mean honestly who wants that $700 piece of shyt......and a really FUNNY thing is....i saw an aticle in japan (thx to my wii news channel) about how sony was going to cut the price for the ps3 because it sucked so bad
