I bought Metroid Prime 3 when it launched and I still have not finished it. I actually stopped playing it for a few months and told myself I was sick of the Metroid Prime formula. I beat some of the GameCube games I was wanting to beat and then got Mario Galaxy and told myself I would probably never finish MP3. Then I played it for the heck of it last week and had the time of my life and wondered what I was thinking for neglecting this great game. I had to send my Wii in last week and am waiting for it. I can't wait to play MP3; I have Galaxy but am thinking about MP3 more.Have you ever dropped a game then picked it up again only to realize how good it is?Has this ever happened to you (MP3 relat ...

That kind of happened to me with MP2, except I haven't touched it since I stopped playing it and I probably won't pick it back up.
yea did it with galaxy to get 120 stars mario
That actually happened to me with the first Metroid Prime.
Yeah I'm doin' that with Radiant Dawn. Got it day one and played it for a while, then got SMG and Zelda PH. I beat SMG and Zelda PH and am now back on Fire Emblem and am loving it, probably my favorite Wii game along with SMG and MP3.
Nope. I wanted to finish it right away.
That happened to me with Military Madness on the Virtual Console.
I can never finish an RPG. I really don't know why. I love them but I just can't finish them. The only turn based RPG I've ever finished was the original Golden Sun. I never finished Paper Mario or Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door or any RPG.

I will chip away, stop playing for months at a time, then pick it up again for awhile and believe it's one of the best games around. Then for some reason, I stop again. It's so weird. I wonder if it's laziness when I get toa hard part of the game, or if I get another new game, or what it is. I know once I get the Wii back I'll be going crazy with MP3 and Galaxy.
Not that I can think of. I either play a game until I finish it, or if I do stop playing it (because I don't like it) and pick it up again, I usually agree with my past self that it was a lousy game.
