Finally got a Wii!!! Now which games sho ...

My year long search for a Wii has finally come to it's end and I am very happy for that haha. My friend's mom had one on layaway and her kid's didn't really want it so I gave her $320 to pick it up for me. Now just a quick question, what are the must haves for this console? Metroid Prime 3 and SSBB are games I will get for sure but I will more then likely want more than 2 games haha. Any suggestions?Finally got a Wii!!! Now which games sho ...

You waited a whole year to get a Wii and you haven't even planned on which games you want?? Thats just dumb in my opinion. Only YOU know what generes of games YOU like...not us...so don't ask us for ideas on what to get...get what will interest YOU. I maybe wrog but sounds like you got a Wii just to say ''I have a Wii!!''. Personally I do research before I get a system...not get a system then ask the world ''What games should I get???''.

Gratz on scoring a wii. So far I have enjoyed Super Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3 the most from the Wii's selection.

I love and play all the games that are the very ''popular'' ones. But nevermind you're right and all, because I have so much time to do things like study up on video games when I work two jobs and have school and other things..... outdoor things. The very fact I can talk on this forum right now is nothing short of a miracle, instead of taking a bunch of time to study up on so many different games I can just get quick and easy answers here, kay? And as I mentioned before I have to leave yet again because I have to work in 8 hours.

It's just that (for example) you may hate Mario games and FPS, but you didn't mention it, so we can't really help more than the site's reviews if you don't give us examples of what games you like.Also, could you use the sticky?
Zelda, Super Paper Mario, Trauma Center's, Super Mario Galaxy, stuff like that.
Oh, but i'd reccomend RE4, Zelda, Metroid (rented it, it was great), Mario Galaxy, Guitar Hero and Super Paper Mario.

Get Medal of Honor Heros 2 if you are looking for a good online game. If you are looking for a good shooter get Metroid Prime 3.
Just click on Top Games. Then go to the Wii section, do ''All time,'' and you should get a good list. Most of GameSpot's scores are pretty much the average, aside from a few. Just look at the highest ranked ones and see if they interest you. That's probably the easiest way.
